Denmead War Memorial Hall

The Hall

The purpose of Denmead War Memorial Hall is to benefit the people who live in Denmead.

It is suitable for many different functions, and is widely used as a village hall with local events and private parties. If you wish to hire the hall. Click here to contact the bookings secretary or

In common with many village halls, the hall was set up as a trust by local villagers to be run by a Management Committee, and on the passing of the last surviving trust holder, Denmead Parish Council became Custodial Trustees for the land and buildings.

Parking

There is parking adjacent to the hall. There is also a village centre car park nearby.

Trust Deed

The trust deed ('the governing document') specifies the committee's duties and responsibilities and says that the hall must be run for the benefit of the inhabitants of Denmead and surrounding districts.
The Hall is operated as a charity, registered number 1098789. Supported by WCC
